Water jet fading

Water jet fading is a term used to describe a particular textile finishing process for denim garment. The method is based on using a hydro jet for making special surface texture or patterning surface finish of the final clothing. This method required precise knowledge of dye type, amount, fluid impact and energy applied to the fabric in order to decide to which extent wanted colour washout, softness or pattern clarity wanted on the finishing garment.
