The origin of kenaf Fibre (Hibiscus cannabinusL.) It has grown on the continent of Africa for over 4000 years. Kenaf is grown mainly in Thailand, China, India, Vietnam and Cuba and the main market today is as an alternative source of paper pulp, although still on a very limited scale.

Ketone belongs in a class of organic compounds known as carbonyls. Some types of ketones used in industry, such as methyl isobutyl ketone and methyl ethyl ketone, are considered both hazardous air pollutants (HAP) and volatile organic compounds (VOC) by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
