Ethnographic is a term used to describe the understanding of a particular culture or research way of life by studying the members of that culture or group. It’s about interacting with the consumer in a natural environment’s such as (home, office retail etc.) In most cases, to get a more realistic understanding of attitudes behaviours, motivations, and needs.
