Happiness Quotes Of The Day The Buddha

“Thousands of candles can be lit from one single, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. happiness  never decreases by being shared” Buddha

Why is Happiness so important when it comes to sustainable design and work with the environment?

Happiness is a key driver in getting things done. People get so easily influenced by happy people. In Buddhism the seek for happiness is to get out the suffering and be able to share your happiness to others and for yourself.

When we are happy we get out of suffering and depression and this happiness easily calm down your mind and a stream of inner peace happens. With inner peace you look confident and our positive energy immediately encourages people around you. Working with environmental processes often seems hard or even impossible solve, but when you have a tool named Happiness in your box it will feel more like a game where you blow away negative spirals and this attitude affect other people be more motivated .  This tool is happiness. Happiness as Buddha stated in this enormously powerful quote are that the effect happiness  can have on other people is amazing, and when it’s shared your happiness might shine on forever.  Sadly my brother died only six months ago and I used this quote as my last farewell to him, because I now that within his heart and mine this quote is remembered forever.

Meditation makes you happy

Meditation is proven to be an extreme  effective way  to calm down your mind, make you happy and give you energy. Buddhist monks often have this clear and radiant light when they smile,  their expression of happiness is genuine. Their happiness seems to come from deep within and from a mind that is stable, the Dalai Lama is a good example.

 Your brain releases  Serotonin

Our biochemical brain have certain functions that takes care of the feeling of happiness. When we enjoy dancing or feel others skin next to your own skin, it feels great and make you happy. The enzyme who are triggering happiness is chemical processes, some people produce more others produce less. The bad thing is that some drugs especially use of drugs as E (MDMA) make your brain release your Serotonin in a high dosage. The result is a great feeling of love and compassion towards others and that feeling a stay with you from 3 – this and up to several months. But as the drug releases far more than it can produce it will be empty. When that happens a lot of people feel deeply unhappy, miserable and nothing can share you up. It usually last for a long time to recover.

Eco philosophy

Positive words and quotes can remind us to cherish what we have instead of something we not have.  It might sound childish but in fact we need to start creating great energy by use simple words. Not everything can yet be measured You can easily surf to another page if you’re stressed we are in a constant stress as media and visual expressions are giving us far more worries than happiness. We think we are wealthy, but wealth comes from harmony, not from money and power. We believe we can buy feelings but we instead they buy us. We have an escape button. But do we use it? just a few things to make it better. We need to get a grip on how to be happy reducing instead on increasing. And always looks for new solutions, find a new way to old things better. It can just be a simple act, reduce washing your jeans to often. If you wash them less often they look better and last longer. Then you save money and the environment simultaneously .

A paradigm shift is happening right now

The destruction of nature and protection of the nature is still in a great conflict.  We tell one story but in fact do the opposite People all over the world seems to wake up. Inner peace is the only way we can be able to solve global problems. Nevertheless we are all afraid of admitting and afraid to try now things. What if it makes things worse? Isn’t that the only way we can learn for real by our mistakes?
