Neo-liberalism

Neo-liberalism

Neo-liberalism is a term used on a  tenacious movement based on populist ideology, arguing for the reduction of bureaucracy and state control. Neo-liberalism exponent the need for a weak state, “free market”-based solutions, and the separation of economic and political spheres. When confronted with environmental issues, neo-liberal discourse tends to stress that their seriousness is exaggerated, and it criticizes environmentalists for downplaying the remarkable resilience and recovery power of nature.
